Share in Burton Bradstock’s Future

The Burton Bradstock CLT Ltd has been registered as a Community Benefit Society and a Board of six local residents has been elected to guide the CLT through its first full year of operation.

The first projects include starting to search for sites for affordable housing and to promote membership of the CLT for local people supportive of providing affordable homes for people with a strong local connection.
